The KBIGI Sustainable Infrastructure strategy is a long-only global equity strategy investing in companies providing sustainable infrastructure. The portfolio is targeted to deliver lower-than-equity-market volatility and a dividend yield of 3.5% to 4.5%. Globally, trillions of dollars of sustainable infrastructure investment is required for the provision of clean, safe and high-quality water, energy and food to the population over the coming years.

The cornerstone of the strategy is the sustainable nature of the infrastructure investments. The portfolio delivers material and diverse exposure to water and clean energy infrastructure, food storage and transporation and farmland. This infrastructure is recognised by many commentators as requiring very high levels of investment over many years to ensure the provision of our most critical resources to the global population. Our investment team has been managing specialised sustainable infrastructure investments in water and clean energy since as far back as 2001 and food since 2008.
